One of the significant, more fully preserved skeletal remains, adapted to its climate and with an increased brain size, is the skeleton of an eight-year-old boy from Nariokotome, found along the Lake Turkana in Kenya. Anatomical details also indicate significant changes in the overall structure of Homo members compared to earlier australopithecines.
